Terms
and Conditions Registration and Payment:
Courses are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Seating is limited. We urge you to register for a Course
as soon as possible. If a Course is full, you may be placed
on the waiting list. Your Account Executive will notify
you if cancellations occur and space becomes available.
Align may amend the Course it offers at any time, without
notice. Align reserves the right to postpone or cancel Courses
at any time, without notice due to low enrolment or circumstances
beyond its control. The cost of a Course may vary due to
changes without notification.
Course fees must be paid in full at least two weeks before
the course start date. Fees can be paid by online credit
card payment gateway on www.alignbootcamp.com or wire transfer
to Align.
Cancellation of Course by Align: In extreme circumstances
Align may find it necessary to reschedule a course booking
if the rescheduled dates are not convenient Align’s liability
will be limited to a refund of the fees paid. Align does
not accept responsibility for any claims for consequential
loss by the delegate/customer.
Cancellation of Course by Delegate/Customer:
Boot camp fees are transferable up to 20 days prior to
the beginning of the camp and must be pre-approved by Align.
- Boot camp fees are not refundable.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations.
Property, Security and IT Policy: Align does not
accept any responsibility or liability in respect of loss
or damage to any property brought into Align premises. All
delegates/customers will be required to abide with any security
measures operating at the course location. Delegates/customers
must comply with Align's Computing and ICT Policy concerning
the integrity and security of IT systems, software, copyright
and misuse of computers.
Copyright: It is acknowledged that all intellectual
property rights, including copyright, patents, design rights
and know-how in or relating to the course or course materials
provided, or made available in connection with the course,
remain the property of Align or its licensors. No copies
may be made of course notes or other study materials without
prior written permission of the Board of Directors of Align.
Delegate/Customer Responsibility: You, the delegate/customer,
are responsible to ensure the course is suitable for your
requirements. Align will provide the course with reasonable
care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that
the content of the course does not meet your requirements.
Limited Liability: Align 's total liability to
you or any other party whether arising in tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract or otherwise,
shall in no event exceed the amount of Course fees actually
paid by you for the portion of Courses to which any liability
arises. Align shall in no circumstances be under any
liability to you or any other party and whether arising
in tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty),
contract or otherwise, in respect of any claim, loss, damage
or expense:
- Arising out of any personal injury, sickness or
death or
- In relation to any including consequential, indirect
or economic loss or loss of profits.
